Judge for yourself.
Two documents. Free. No registration.
This curriculum is not for tourists. It asks for months of honest work, in a fixed order, with a written record you cannot flatter.
So that you can judge whether it is for you, two of its documents are free to read. The first, First Bearings, is complete; it is where every member begins. The second is the Discover Leg of Inboard IV — Humility, the whole of it. The three Legs that follow are done in the Helm and belong to members.
One promise about them, and it is a careful one. These pages will not build your character; nothing you merely read can do that. But they will change what you can see. The first shows how a life is actually navigated. The second shows a force that makes decisions for men who never notice it, and teaches you to catch it working — in rooms, in choices, in yourself. If the seeing does nothing to you, you have your answer, and it cost you nothing.
First Bearings
Where every member begins: the destination, the method, and the honest way a man takes a bearing on his own life. Everything else the Institute does stands on this document.

The first Leg of an Inboard, exactly as members read it. Nothing softened or simplified. You can see for yourself what an Inboard asks.
