Privacy Policy

The Keel Institute LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Last updated 4 September 2026.

The short version. We collect as little as we can. We do not sell anything about you to anyone. What you write in the Helm is encrypted so that we cannot read it.

What we collect.

What we do not collect. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics pixels, or session recording. We do not build a profile of you. We do not track you across other sites.

Who we share it with. Only the companies that make the service run: our host (Vercel), our database and authentication provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Paddle), and our email provider GoDaddy. Each receives only what it needs. We share nothing with anyone else, except where the law requires it of us.

How long we keep it. Your account and record persist while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data. Because entries are encrypted with a key we do not hold, we can delete the stored blobs but cannot read them at any point, before or after.

Your rights. You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will do it. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have these rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR respectively, including the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies. We use only what is necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children. The Institute is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. We may revise this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
